Im really struggling for inspiration right now.

Edit a few days later~ I made some relatively neutrally seasoned meatballs. I’ve been eating them with a few different dipping sauces. Good options from everyone though!

Taiwanese pork rice bowls, except chicken! Massive flavour, can be spread over many meals easily when mixed with other things (rice, assorted raw veg like sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots, etc.).

For a while I was making them alongside a handful of scrambled eggs as well as chopped onions and peppers to make a mix I would fill into tortillas for breakfast burritos.

I love me some breakfast burritos.

Last week I used it twice

    • in tortellini and pesto. Did not work with the pesto. Do not recommend
    • in a quesadilla. Worked well. My teen thought I put too much in there but that’s the veggies, plus I burnt his. Recommended

The week before I used ground turkey in “un”stuffed peppers. Worked well and do would ground chicken

Ground chicken? I treat it like a regular burger patty. 2 lb needs 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, Worcestershire sauce (2 tbs or to taste) salt (to taste) black pepper, and 1/2 finely diced med yellow onion.

Mix, make patties and grill. They’re great.

Air frier meat ball or patty. Eat some plain with salt and pepper, some stir fry with onion and/or chilli, some braise with soy sauce or tomato sause.

Optionally, you can also blend a bit of spinach, parsley, and/or cilantro in there for added flavor and fiber; make sure to not mix too much, as they weakens the structural integrity, which might cause them to break in the braise.

Put in a bowl and season with your choice bet I would usually do paprika , cayenne , chilli powder ,salt, white pepper. Add a tsp oil and mix all together.

Put a ball of the meat on top of a sheet of parchment paper then place a second sheet on top. Roll it and thin between the sheets, as thin as you can then roll the sheet up and put on a baking tray. Repeat until all meat done.

Bake in oven at 200c for around 15 mins Serve with pita or wraps and veggies
