I showed up pretty drunk to a certain party many years ago, spun a little wheel a bunch of people warned me not to spin. Took a shot. Shot had LSD in it. Held on to the front yard so I wouldnt fall off.

Black out drunk trip is significantly less fun than regular fun times trip.

It was Halloween, got free drugs, had bad time. The end.

That’s communism! Kids need to stop being lazy and go work three jobs and take out loans for their drugs or we can kiss never ending record setting profit margins goodbye and the terrorists win

Right? No one is going to waste hardcore drugs on kids. Though with the proliferation of THC gummies and candies I wouldn’t be surprised if someone accidentally handed them out. Kids eating special candy has been a common issue in legal states.

Ha that would be a fun gag treat for a adult Halloween party. Get candy or gummy blades and put then in suckers.

As a European who doesn’t celebrate Halloween (it’s explicitly an Anglosphere thing), I was always surprised by the amount of scaremongering about dangerous candy (let it be for razor blades and whatnot in it, or more commonly, drugs), when pretty much every single case - and that’s maybe one or two a year - of dangerous candy, including candy that is simply… out of date… gets reported internationally.

Like, a few years back, I think right after COVID, it was headlines that a couple accidentally gave out a few - either THC gummies or brownies or mushroom chocolate - and immediately went after the kids and let the parents know, so there was no harm, and yet…

Meanwhile the child pedestrian death rate on Halloween is like, 3x higher than any other day in the year, yet you don’t see THAT being the concern for parents…

The car is sacred, but Halloween is the Devil’s holiday

      It’s that simple 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

It all started cause some dude put a razor blade in a kids candy but it turned out the guy who did it was a relative that didn’t like the kid or something.

The much more common problem with Halloween candy is how old it is. They start making Halloween candy months and months before it’s needed on the shelves so it tends to dry out. Now that every candy maker has eliminated real cocoa cause of cost cutting measures it also tastes like shit.

My friend did this one year. He took green and blue jolly ranchers and melted them into a v shaped (box cutter style) razor mold. Then used watermellon jolly rangers for the outside layer. You could see through the blade a bit but they looked pretty dangerous.

If I recall he got a visit from the cops who told him not to do it again.
