I believe if you are an adult female, you are a woman, and if you are an adult male, you are a man.
Please don’t bring up intersex as some sort of gotcha either, those are medical conditions and a result of biological processes gone wrong. We wouldn’t say humans don’t have two legs just because someone was born with one.
