Dark Matter is one of the ones that piss me off because it was cancelled but so good. I’d rather have had more Dark Matter than Firefly (though both would have been great).
Also agreed on the Expanse. It was cool seeing a space sci fi where the only human tech advancement into the sci fi realm was a space engine that was more efficient and powerful but still followed the laws of physics. Like when traveling, they’d do the accelerate towards it until about halfway, then turn around and accelerate away from it so you don’t slam into your destination at high speed.
Old school Star Trek, but also Dark Matter.
The Expanse is also bloody amazing. Great book series too.
