I just ate Korean BBQ SPAM with an egg and cheese on white bread. It was good considering the effort that went in. My heart is pounding like I just ran a marathon though. I think if I ate another I might die.
That’s probably because a single 2 oz serving (1/6th of a can) has a third of the salt you need per day. A can is 2x the recommended daily salt intake.
I ate half the can in that sandwich and nothing else yesterday. Is it bad to get your full % daily value of salt in the span of less than 5 minutes?

A Hawaiian fast food place opened near me last year and teriyaki spam musubi is one of the most addicting things I’ve ever tried. I’d eat there all the time if they didn’t charge nearly four bucks per tiny sushi roll.

Sadly the nearest L&L location looks to be multiple states away. I’d love a quality Hawaiian place. The place I was talking about is alright, but their entrées aren’t anywhere near as good as their sides.
