I don’t get it.
My apologies, this of course takes place on the frontier of the Penguin Realm, where the local garrison faces immeasurable odds of corpo-barians and binary-blobians, while trying to expand the realm’s border. To support these endeavors, the Penguin command sends reinforcements made up of foxes. One Penguin is particularly distraught, seeing one of the warriors is wearing a penguin skin on its helmet.

To be more authentic with the mideival lore, the fox should have a pufferfish codpiece in their armor.
