I used to be the guy saying “Hey, they’re not that bad” until I get a comment removed for a stupid fucking reason". Why are mods such pathetic power tripping losers? I’m a community mod. I don’t delete comments, even though I occasionally see ones that annoy me.
Lemmy.ml has some pretty active communities on it. Might be worth it for OP to look over their most active communities and see if any interest them. If so, you have the option of blocking communities instead of the whole instance.
Lemmygrad and hexbear pretty much stick to their sociopolitical beliefs. If that’s not your bag, then no real loss in blocking those instances.
Nope. Zero tolerance for .ml communities. Even if I’d otherwise be interested, their admins are so unpleasant that I would not recommend anyone participate in them.
I’m gonna try to be as neutral about this as possible:
lemmy.ml, lemmygrad.ml, hexbear.net are mostly filled with self proclaimed “Marxist-Leninists” that support the USSR and PRC…
You can block instances in account settings…
Use this info however you want to

lemmy.ml defederated from ani.social ages ago, so OP is at least spared on that front.
