It’s almost midnight here in Mumbai, and I’m having a small serving of chia seed pudding. I always keep some prepped in the fridge.
Cookies with any kind of chocolate in or on them. Any such cookies will do but I really like the ones with oats, e.g. the Swedish brand sold at IKEA. Wish they had a little less sugar, though.
Peanut butter filled pretzel bites. I’m addicted.
Usually something savory, followed by something sweet to contrast the savory snack, but then something savory again, and then sweet again. My snacking habits require great levels of impulse control lol so in reality I mostly don’t snack much.
Corn flakes with milk and a ton of sugar. Not because it’s my favourite per-se but when I go raiding the cupoards at night it tends to be the only thing I can come up with.
Cup of warm whole milk. Reminds me of my grandmother.
Carrots with a little ranch and mustard for dipping.
A bowl of cereal, but I usually pay for the late night milk consumption the next morning
I use unsweetened almond milk as a substitute.
Hell yeah. I have found my people.
Murukku, Bhuja, or popcorn.
Pickles!
Goes great combined with mettwurst.
Yes to pickles and olives too if I have them.
Popcorn.
I use refined coconut oil, kernels, and flavacol. That’s it. Tastes pretty much exactly like movie theatre popcorn because it’s the same ingredients they use.
Flavacol gang! Such a game changer.
Peanut butter on toast.
Cheese flavored things, and pickles
It’s Sunday morning and I have no plans and no responsibilities until tomorrow. So far it’s been a wake and bake kind of day. I’m hoping the rest of the day is just as relaxing.
Two corn crackers with hummus.
Hear me out, pretzel sticks, cream cheese, and dried cranberries. There’s something that happens with the fat in the cream cheese, the salt on the pretzels, and the sweet and acidity of the cranberries that make it delicious
