      Streamers but instead of a face cam they have sometime’s elaborate 3d models created that look like anime girls, and track with their actual body movements.

      As others have said they can frequently look like young girls, but in my limited experience the ones that are leaning into the sexual aspect in any way are obviously adult models, and the ones that look younger are more silly and goofy
