Well he was, but then he walked around the car and then was in the path of the vehicle again (because he feared for his life?) and continued around the vehicle and was mostly out the way of the vehicle when he pulled out his gun.
So he was directly in front of the vehicle two separate times. A vehicle that was being driven by someone alleged to be a terrorist intent on using her vehicle as a weapon had two opportunities to kill him with her vehicle before he drew his weapon.
So the story is that a “terrorist” had two opportunities to kill the guy with her car but didn’t so so until after he had drawn his weapon and was no longer directly in front of the vehicle. Because I guess a “terrorist” wanted it to be a fair fight?
Sorry just pointing out the fact that he was indeed directly in the path of the vehicle (twice!) since it’s really relevant in proving that it was not at all Renee’s intent to kill him… which is a story the government is pushing. Cops are generally trained to not be in front of a vehicle, especially not a vehicle with someone dangerous behind the wheel.
The fact that he was directly in front of the vehicle proves he didn’t consider her a threat and was not fearing for his life. Killing a person that you do not consider to be a danger to yourself and others is murder.
