"Under the speed limit’ is also 59 (assuming 60 is the limit)… Not just 30…

No it’s what makes it legal vs illegal

Plenty of people dangerously overtake to go just 5kmph faster. That was my point but it seems I should have stated it plainly.

It’s a speed limit, as in “go no faster than this.” Speed minimums are a different law. On surface streets speeding doesn’t even save you any time because of traffic lights. You might get a cycle or two ahead, but you still end up waiting at a light with everyone else.

There’s also speed minimums in most country’s.

And my comment was specially about the highway if you cared to read instead of bloviating about an unrelated situation ;)

Speed minimums and limits are different numbers. Going under the speed limit is not necessarily illegal.

And speeding isn’t necessarily illegal either. Most cops won’t do anything until to go 15km over the limit.

So as I said, JUST as illegal, since it’s judgement calls in either situation.

There is a range of speeds that are legal to drive at on any given road. This range lies between the speed minimum and the speed limit. Speeds outside this range are broadly speaking a violation of traffic laws. A law that is not enforced does not stop being a law.

Some state laws specifically define the scenarios for impeding traffic, including driving below the minimum speed limit

SOME STATES, of one country, of one continent on this world, you presemtious, insulting, wee little cunt

Every country has similar laws, you understand this yeah? It’s not like America is unique in this lmfao.

There was also more than one point, but of course you would focus on one and try to discredit it, but you failed miserably. You also didn’t even quote the whole thing, which goes on to explain more restrictions that got universally. You’re just a bitter person aren’t you?

                  Example, the Uk

While there is no specific national minimum speed limit in the UK,

driving too slowly can be illegal if it is deemed to be inconsiderate, dangerous, or causes an obstruction to other road users. Police can penalize drivers for driving without due care and attention,

This is easily googleable, and every country has legislation you can look up. This isn’t that hard of concept to understand, if you cared to look past your own nose.
