Fender bender in the sky and you have two vehicles dropping out of the sky. Even if they don’t land on anything or anyone that’s still a disaster. Also you have too much faith in people being able to deal with an extra dimension, we barely deal with cars as it is.
It’s harder to crash into another flying car in 3 dimentions, no?
Every crash is drastically worse though. A fender bender on the ground? Sure annoying but whatever.
