Plea deals are made beforehand, so you’d negotiate that with Trump admin. Pardons may be given after, but the likely candidates in the line of succession are appointed by the Trump admin, or in the case of an (extra) election you have no clue who it will be.
The better idea is to probably to suck up to Trump even more and hope he or one of his successors pardon you.
Or just flee to a country that does not extradite to the US.
If the situation turns out where Trump is falling (unlikely but not impossible), you accept a plea deal with current Trump allies that will wait for him to look away and throw him under the bus, so someone else will take power.
