      Turns out that there’s no statute of limitations for terrorism, even if nobody was injured.

      But then there will be funny/fuzzy cases then, whether something is considered political (and thus “terrorism”) or not

    Aww, there’s no info in the article how he managed to get to Wales and live there undetected for decades.

      Too bad. He had himself a quaint little cottage. Other articles mention his alias and the imply that his family may have provided financial support. Probably got caught on CCTV.

      Edit to clarify: the “too bad” means “too bad we don’t have more details” instead of “too bad he got caught”
