Back in the day there was a restaurant called Lick’s in Toronto. They had an assembly line of people with loud 50s music and them singing whist they assembled your order. It was so much fun.
They had burgers that were actually burgers compared to any other chain. You could actually taste the meat!
My favourite side was called tater’s and cream. Fries topped with yummy white sauce that was slightly sweet but creamy with real bacon bits smothered on top with chives.
They also had an amazing turkey burger.
They had other unique items on the menu but I forget them.
