You got the same attitude as those guys who eventually get exposed for being a raging homo, caught in a big gay orgy…

Didn’t necessarily have to be your short comment. It was probably all the other alt-right shit in your comment history and the fact that you moderate “MakeLemmyGreatAgain” ffs

          Idgaf what consenting adults do.

Everyone you vote for does, so by proxy you do as well because you’re supporting those platforms. Don’t backpedal your stance because you don’t like the taste.

I meant every word of it. You are manipulating what I said. I have gay friends myself and I get along with anyone independent of their beliefs, something you seem incapable of doing.

And you said everyone here is in a cult. Don’t pretend you’ve got some high ground of civility.

Also you’re pretty cozy with fascist ideas so maybe fuck you entirely?

I understand what youre saying but I do not support the GOP and I am not conservative. I usually never talk politics with my friends anyways. I think they do consider me as friends.

Lol the sub name is a joke, I do not support Trump. And I have never voted Republican, because I am not even American. I do not support nationalism or anything else that you are assuming.

Again, your comment history is visible. Your account is only seven days old and you’ve already laid out clear political leanings with your comments. You may not be an official Republican because you can’t vote for them as a non-American but you certainly agree with all their stances which is enough for me to know you’re kind of a piece of shit. Good luck with that.

I do not agree with many of their stances, however I am more concerned by the way you think expressing dissent in a non-agressive way makes me a piece of shit: thats kind of the thing a brainwashed fascist would say. Good luck in the outside world buddy: not everyone with different political views has to be a pos.

A cult is defined as a small religion. There’s nothing wrong with being in a cult. Dionysus had a realy awesome cult 3000 years ago.

That definition was invented by christians seeking to destroy small religions through stigma. It’s on the same tier as the witch hunters defining a witch as an evil sorceresss. Obviously made up and fake, obviously pushing a harmful agenda.

Cults are often led by sadistic and crazy people. Often, they are the witch hunters. They push unhealthy lifestyles and they often live isolated from civilization.

                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cult

typically led by a charismatic and self-appointed leader, who excessively controls its members, requiring unwavering devotion to a set of beliefs and practices which are considered deviant (outside the norms of society)

                Also:

A political cult is a cult with a primary interest in political action and ideology. Groups that some have described as “political cults”, mostly advocating far-left or far-right agendas

Since the 1940s, the Christian countercult movement has opposed some sects and new religious movements, labeling them “cults” because of their unorthodox beliefs. Since the 1970s, the secular anti-cult movement has opposed certain groups and, as a reaction to acts of violence, frequently charged those cults with practicing mind control. Scholars and the media have disputed some of the claims and actions of anti-cult movements, leading to further public controversy.

In the English-speaking world, the term cult often carries derogatory connotations.[14] In this sense, it has been considered a subjective term, used as an ad hominem attack against groups with differing doctrines or practices.[9][15] As such, religion scholar Megan Goodwin has defined the term cult, when it is used by the layperson, as often being shorthand for a “religion I don’t like”.[16]

Like I said, Christians invented the new definition due to hate. We shouldn’t use it.

It doesn’t say anything about a new definition. What you say doesn’t change the fact that many cults are harmful. Cultism should always be avoided. By the way, I am not christian, so what youre saying doesnt affect me.
