It’s easy to overestimate how much of software engineering is about coding, when in truth it’s mostly about the code you don’t write.

Next day I see I have a missed call from a number I don’t recognize. The strange thing is that they called me in the middle of the night. Is it a spam call? Who calls me in the middle of the night???
