    Y’all were worried about people not voting if Biden ran. That kind of sentiment and pressure was a huge contributor to this move. Demand more of your politicians. We control them. Don’t let them control you.

      I hate to say it, but it would not surprise me one bit if Harris loses in November because Rust Belt moderates in PA, WI, and MI wouldn’t vote for a black woman.

      I hope I’m wrong, but right now, for me, that’s the least surprising of possible futures.

        Possible, though Republican attacks against her are likely to get a lot more overtly racist and misogynistic, which will likely alienate the center considerably.

        You trade some votes for others. I think dems are fucked either way cuz they focused on Biden for too long and didn’t give another candidate time to build trust and hype. Really poor politics on their part. They fumbled this election in spectacular fashion.
