Potatoes are superior to corn and beans. Potatoes are easy to grow, they self-propagate, and they’re both nutritious and tasty. Corn is okay, but nothing compared to potatoes. Corn didn’t wreck us when we couldn’t grow it. Potatoes did. We cannot live without potatoes. Potatoes are life.
