Your XMPP is also down. I just came across this by luck. Maybe adding your alternative username ([email protected]) to your main [email protected] about is not a bad idea. That would help people find your posts when an outage is happening.
A status page (status.slrpnk.net) where you (admins) can leave comments? Perhaps, when slrpnk.net is down, automatically redirect there?
