It’s tough for typical individual investors to be able to buy a 100-unit building. It’s SFH that they shouldn’t be buying.

I’m down with a cold and I knew it wasn’t quite right, but my brain couldn’t fix it, lol. Edit: That has to be in conjunction with them not being able to have airbnbs though too. Cuz that’s just a hotel.
