    Laws that aren’t enforced can be fought as unfair when enforced. Laws that aren’t held up in a court of law are no longer laws anymore.

    Nice little imaginary world you’re living in there.

    There’s laws on the books that makes it legal to shoot a thieving Native, do you seriously think you won’t be prosecuted if you do…? Just because a law exists, doesn’t mean it’s still “legal”. It has to be enforced.

    Like jeeze know a little law before opening your yap next time.

      I don’t think it’s very likely that you could beat a traffic ticket based on “it’s unfair.” People do still get pulled over for going 5 over. People do not get pulled over for going 5 under, because going 5 under is explicitly legal. What even is this argument? You’re seriously going to draw a comparison to a genocide because I said speeding isn’t “just as legal” as driving within the legally proscribed range of speeds?
