They key here is to substitute beef for billionaires. For every billionaire you eat, you are also removing the emissions of several private jets, multiples cars a megayacht or two, a fraction of a space program, multiple datacentres and more food emissions than a significant fraction of the bottom half of humanity.
It could save YOU which is much, much more important IMO. And, I would wager, much more convincing to a majority of people.
Yup That will totally offset all the footprint caused by the giant bases churning out AI slop.
