Is your meme agreeing or disagreeing with them?

“Ample ability to do so” is what confuses me about your post. Idk, I guess “ample” is contextually suggestive

Edit: thinking about it, isn’t the first panel (of the original comic) the very definition of, “act on your principles when you have ample ability to do so”? I’m overthinking it, aren’t I? You were just trying to be snarky back at them… sorry, carry on then

Disagreeing, the comic is stupid in its comparison of voluntarily wearing headphones and living under an authoritarian government, one is very easy to change (literally just buy an alternative), the other quite difficult.

isn’t the first panel (of the original comic) the very definition of, “act on your principles when you have ample ability to do so”?

Why would it be? They bought the headphones knowing full well the company behind them

If consumers wanted to they could severely punish Apple and go with a company that makes smartphones in the west or not in chinese sweat shops, there are companies like https://www.fairphone.com/ and https://e.foundation/e-os/ and they’re ok, but the demand just isn’t there, hence the memes

The people have voted with their wallets and are ok with billionaires and slaves making iphones
