Klein has attempted to subpoena Discord and Reddit for information that would reveal the identity of moderators of a subreddit critical of him. The moderators' lawyers fear their clients will be physically attacked if the subpoenas go through.
You already can view his content without contributing. Just use an adblocker. But when you encourage others to watch people who steal his content and don’t make fair use content you are instead intentionally causing harm to the creator, which the creator has a right to sue over.
So people can be critical and not contribute. This is about intentional harm and getting caught doing it.
Ya I don’t agree with that. But I also don’t agree with giving a shit if content creators get paid. They contributed to so much of the issues we have today. They can all get fucked. They’re the worst and if the Internet becomes a hostile place to those parasites we’ll all be better off
