        Wouldnt I still need to rubber up to avoid genital warts, herpes, Hep, HPV, among others?

          Of course, but rubbers can fail and they don’t prevent everything. Many STDs like herpes, hpv etc are not stopped by them because they are transferred by skin contact, not necessarily genital contact. So yea they’re still a great idea.

          I’ve never had intercourse without one as all my gfs preferred the extra safety. No problem.
