I’ve came to conclusion that I should do the things that will improve my mental health.
Like I do an intense run at night so that it’s easier than running in the sun. I will do a consistently challenging run that always gives me consistent but not intense pain. It’s working out and just a great way to practice mental fortitude.
I guess I just decided novel things are great

If any of these are a factor, they could be related to a mental health issue. are you doing all the foundational things? If not, Try that first!
My personal bias, is that nutrition, is the leading cause of modern maladies, including mood issues.
People can certainly use distractions, excitement, to focus on other things. But if alone time with your thoughts is scary, you really need to make sure you’re hitting all of the basics
I did get a nice big cyst of my face that caused inflammation I assume a lot. I did exercise and cyst started shrinking I started feeling better.
I do see that list of things to take care of.
I also lost about 10 pounds from mostly dieting mostly.
Physical activity has helped
