As someone not playing valorant I think it’s really confusing to watch. Not quite to the level of League of Legends or DOTA2 but still.

Counter strike is more straight forward as you don’t have multiple heroes with their own powers.

On the other hand street fighter or rocket league are the easiest to watch, followed I feel like by CS.

I guess words can’t be used in different context, especially when the plant-based alternatives are drop-in replacement for animal milks and the term has been used for hundreds of year to describe both plant-based milky substances and animal secretions.

Hey thanks for the precision. The frustration was not directed at you directly, moreso at the argument I thought you were making, I apologize for that. I have just heard this fallacious argument so many time in real life used seriously that I react strongly to it.

It clearly has nothing to do with the dairy lobby pushing hard everywhere to prevent people from switching to ecologically and humanely better alternative because they don’t want to lose the fat subsidies they get from the government.

They try to push these legislations under the guise that it could induce the consumer in error, my ass.

I’m personally using Firefox multi-account containers. It’s way better than switching to profiles.

I have for example one container type for work and for specific URL i even made it so they are always opened in this containers. It’s really useful as cookies are separated.

I’m coupling it with Simple Tab Groups where I can group tabs together based on criterias (For example all tabs running in my “work” container). At the beginning of my work day I switch to my “work” group and all my tabs on my window are work related and at the end I switch back to my “personal” group with my usual tabs.

It’s a bit more work but lets me be completely chromium free :)

I know that 15years ago on the scene usually they cracked games for bragging rights so no DRM version was no fun hence you would find mostly the cracked version uploaded by the scene.

If you truly think that rescuing a dog is the same as killing animals for taste and that by doing this you’re not the one forcing your morals on other sentient beings I guess it’s pointless to continue the discussion.

It would depend on the animal and the relationship between their guardian and the animal.

I would not qualify someone having a rescue dog that the dog would be a slave. It’s more akin to having a child that you care for. In the same way I would not count a mentally disabled adult living with their parents a slave.

My current view on pets is that we should stop breeding cats and dogs just to keep them as pets especially seeing the horrendous conditions in which they are bred and the crazy things we select for while breeding to make them look cute while disregarding their well being (e.g. genetic disease that pure race cats or dogs have )

I however also understand that some animals are completely domesticated and cannot just be left alone. Taking care of them is fine for me.

Guardianship might be a good solutions for these cases.
