Where can I buy a legitimate copy of Office for $34?

Twenty dollars one time in a world of subscriptions for an app you use hours a day really isn’t that bad. Think how much you spend on other luxuries in your day to day and $20 doesn’t get you that much.

I don’t have the interest/need for such a community. But I was just suggesting that as that would be the solution if someone is squatting on it on your local instance.

So why not create one on a different instance then?

3 (4 if you count kbin). Beehaw (which took weeks to be approved) so moved to Lemmy world, which is now overloaded and slow so Lemm.ee which is snappy and fast.

I’m gonna guess that just being on a less busy server will make the biggest difference. I moved from lemmy world and lemm.ee is super fast even though I’m pretty sure both are across the ocean from me.
