Its not always going to be super reduceable to one discrete point in time in which you were at work and became acutely debillitated .

Often even when that happens and you dont know better your managers will subltely coach you into shrugging it off and either taking a slightly longer break or some other nominal concession that influences you to completey screw a future successfull claim, to your vastly differential peril and securing their own financial and professional incentive
