I used an iPhone 16 Pro on default settings and I edited with an app called RNI film using a negative film stock called Agfa Optima 200 Warm. This is the original photo for reference
It’s been a while now but I used to watch gravity falls so often I could tell you almost all the jokes and gags in every episode.

Technology@lemmy.world•Zuckerberg feared monopoly scrutiny and mulled Instagram split, files showEnglish
51·1 year agoActually, he is correct. The Ma Bell breakup in the 80s is a good example of this. The newer, smaller companies grew much faster than the original.

Showerthoughts@lemmy.world•Every non US market could impose their will, simply by banning imports of products that use, or reference SAE instead of metric.
2·1 year agoThat would be ridiculously difficult to enforce. Also, most manufacturing, American or not, is already done in metric. It would be trivial for companies to swap units. There are many, many better ways to tariff American goods.
there is no direct rail link between the SIR and the New York City Subway system
Staten island is the only part of New York City without subway access.
Yeah but making average wages doesn’t necessarily mean they’re comfortable.
That’s the average salary overall. An average electronics engineer makes $109k a year in the US. and even more in places like California.
At no point in it’s history since it’s creation has it EVER made money.
Actually they did make money in 2018 and 2019 but then the pandemic caused advertisers to cut spending.
That’s their new font. This is the new logo:

131·1 year agoJack Dorsey still owns BLUESKY, and if anyone is trying to tell you he doesn’t, they’re lying.
But Mr Dorsey is no longer part of the team behind it, having stepped down from the board in May 2024. He deleted his account altogether in September. It is now run and predominantly owned by chief executive Jay Graber as a US public benefit corporation.

Technology@lemmy.world•YouTube Hype gives smaller creators a place to shineEnglish
4·2 years agoNegotiations for what? YouTubers have pretty much no say in how YouTube runs and they make most of their money outside of YouTube (things like merch and sponsorships).

Technology@lemmy.world•OpenAI releases o1, its first model with ‘reasoning’ abilitiesEnglish
9·2 years agoAt the same time, o1 is not as capable as GPT-4o in a lot of areas. It doesn’t do as well on factual knowledge about the world. It also doesn’t have the ability to browse the web or process files and images. Still, the company believes it represents a brand-new class of capabilities. It was named o1 to indicate “resetting the counter back to 1.”
I think it’s more of a proof of concept then a fully functioning model at this point.
