The great thing about bigots is most tend to be fucking stupid. Plenty of stories of people being explicitly told in writing they were being fired over something with title IX protections.

According to you I don’t want to help the poor so can you please explain to me why I’m…
Lemme stop you right there. It’s a decidedly libertarian trait to read a broad generalization and conclude someone was referring to them personally. Take a step back and peruse the most widely available libertarian positions.
Yeah. It’s long been said Libertarians are just Republicans that want to smoke weed and distance themselves from the outwardly racist rhetoric. They are inherently selfish just like Republicans. They don’t want to help the poor, but they would balk at the notion of actively hurting the poor.
I’ve wanted to try VR. Any recommendations?
Do you want another release of skyrim? Because that’s how you get another release of skyrim!
Also add in there was a police encounter very close to the time of murder that was captured on dash and body cams. Many feel the cops had enough info to intervene in some way for one or both of their safety as there were some obvious issues.
Fuck that’s bad. Though I’m not playing starfield I’m certainly paying attention to shit like this. Before 76 I would have been a fully committed fanboy pre-ordering most, if not all, Bethesda games. Between 76 and other shenanigans they had dropped sharply out of favor. I wasn’t going to buy a game brand new until reviews came out (hence why I still haven’t played starfield). They gained some favor back with the TV series as it seemed well done for just my kind of interest level. Now they’re losing it again.
It pumps noise at other noise. All that noise literally cancels out. There’s literally no sound.
R’Amen!
The short answer is “yes” if you define “suing” as filing a lawsuit with a court. Anyone can file a lawsuit in court for pretty much any reason. Whether or not it goes anywhere depends on the strength of the claim and other factors.
The longer answer is still “yes” if you narrow your definition of “suing” to filing a legitimate lawsuit with the potential to be successful. Judges are still people and can suffer real damage due to libelous or slanderous claims. There are certain elements that must be proven to be successful though. One of the defenses is for rhetorical hyperbole. As a hypothetical example, if a defendant with a penchant for grandiose and bombastic hyperbole and known for calling everything and everyone under the sun “corrupt” because he’s a pathetic baby calls the judge corrupt, it would likely fail based on the comment being rhetorical hyperbole. It would be similar to saying someone “killed” another person when no actual murder took place and it was like a verbal smack down.
As it’s a federal regulation, it would need to be the feds pursuing it. It’s highly unlikely they’d come after the individual. They would be more likely to pursue the gas station.
I did a 5 year “solar loan” through my credit union. 2.49% if I recall correctly.
If they don’t install what was quoted, you might not know until this are installed. That could make things difficult.
I’ll add that is around the size of my system and less than I paid. I do have microinverters however. So that could explain some cost difference.
There’s an Abbot and Costello skit in there somewhere. “You’re on a new diet?” “No I said deit.”
A big distinction is that it’s unlawful to follow unconstitutional orders. This is to hopefully prevent us ending up like the Nazis and a bunch of people trying to claim “I was just following orders”. So it oversimplifies the situation to say “disobeying the president” is unconstitutional. There’s nuance.
Were you named after a jean torch?
I’d second this take. I see so many elements that typically get “updated” or “refreshed” when IPs are adapted to different media. I’ve often thought this is a vain attempt to appeal to the non-“fanboys” and appear more accessible. This show does NOT do that and it’s fucking amazing.
Another API leaver here. I’m curious what their non-bot population was pre and post dumbassery.
I’m not dating ass to mouth either.
