I charge mine 80% of the time off the solar panels on my roof here in Australia. Making your own fuel is quite the thing.
Another 10% is overnight on a cheap tariff
and the other 10% public charging on longer trips.

For my use case on my bike, a Nokia XR20. phone in a DIY case with a Quad lock mount to show maps and record rides. My normal phone for recording hikes etc
1·22 hours agoflippables solved this for me. Using a Moto Razr 50u now, lots of stuff can be done on the small outside screen, superbly pocketable, flip open for a much bigger screen

yes, it’s in my BYD, i like it. i have read of people complain that it beeps at them, the # of false positives is infintesimally small. Im more alarmed at being on the road with assholes who have taped over it because it keeps telling them. to pay attention… wtg kind if shitty driver are they ?
As an Australian, I have zero issues with chinese cars spying on me, i assume they are, i refuse to buy a car from the five-eyes as it’s my government spying on me that’s the real concern. (no euro car, no american car etc)
i hired a car in Miami, driving to Disney world, as an Australian we “keep left” in this situation,. so along with trying to drive at the speed limit, in a foreign country, on the “wrong” side of the road, I kept getting the finger and beeping… wtf. Took me about 4 dudes in trucks “polietly” informing me of my trangression for me to realise… keep right :)

it sucks,. I’ve lived with it for decades and mostly manage by tuning it out because you have no real choice.

this is an annoyance with Joplin, one mega note with lots of sub notes and sub notes off the sub notes.
I work with it but I’d rather split them off into completely separate notes as I used to do in the days of yore with Onenote
