Did you watch Lower Decks and/or see all Star Trek releases as they came out? Tawny Newsome is a real one, and Lower Decks pays such homage to the entire franchise in a beautiful way.
Then again, can’t satisfy everyone. Enjoy what you enjoy, and be happy that the things you don’t - but are harmless - are at least enjoyed by others <3

Zero times. My dad actually has a bit of a trauma from his parents constantly entering his room unprompted, so they told me when I was already an adult, so they made a point out of respecting my personal space.
