I got to do some pretty cool things, I lived out of pos in worm hole space with a close nit group during the first year of them, I flew with Rooks and Kings and Pandemic Legion.
But I wish I stopped then. I came back a few years later and that was so depressing.
Yes, to communicate at least one peer needs to be port forwarded.
If you don’t have port forwarding and the seeder doesn’t then you won’t see them.
A lot of casual torrent users won’t know about this so it’s a common issue on public trackers.
MS lawyers are lying if they’re saying that there’s a portable PS5 coming as it’s just a device to stream from your PS5.
I’m the same.
My PC plugs into a monitor and my living room TV, so I buy for that mostly as it results in the best performance.
I have PS5 for exclusives and my son.
I have a Switch for exclusives and portability. ( I even have a Vita for extra portability).
PersonallyI could live without a portable Switch 2 as I’m planning on going for a next gen Steam Deck or an equivalent once they can handle current gen games.
However I’m definitely not the main market for a switch and I reckon good enough graphics combined with portability has been its greatest selling point.
Pretty much why I was prepared to settle here.
My son is 50/50 Thai / English.
We live in Thailand and he is accepted as 100% Thai.
I admit that I’ll never be accepted as Thai but that comes with benefits as well as drawbacks.
Bandwidth to storage is going to become more and more important so I’m not keen on that.
Returnal, so I’d definitely survive but at what cost to my mental health.
That’s my thinking. As an example the people who usually end up answering people’s tech queries are the most likely to end up here.
For me it’s been finding a partner with similar morals.
In my case it’s trying to be a decent person, as a result if my partner or I fuck up we trust each other to want to improve.
This is something I really appreciate about Thai culture. Live and let live is such an important way to reduce stress and at the same time have a lot of freedom.
For me it’s my home server. 110TB at the moment, running UNRAID as a VM under proxmox. Also a load of software setup to share it’s resources with my friends.
I do feel for those who were enjoying a peaceful place until us rabble turned up needing to go through the stages of grief.
I’m very grateful for it existing.
