As someone in the PNW, there is not much you can do if you don’t bring the dang thing indoors that won’t leave the thing a pile of rust in 5 years.

I am trying with a specific form of stainless to see if it makes a difference.

You make a lot of them. They are flat. They get painted, they get punched out, (this is where the ‘magic’ happens) they get shuffled around to load into machines to put them on the bottles, they go through the machine and they get clamped to the bottles.

Depending on the situation/ location, it is truly possible. During massively busy times, I have employed these services. It absolutely can be a big process, especially with younger children and 2 jobs.

Typically, the sling is to reduce the chance of repeat injury, not for pain.

And putting it back is an easy process, if you know how to do it. Pain almost immediately goes away, though they need to be in a sling.

Anyone against this has never been the parent of a rambunctious, suicidal toddler. Those little buggers are fast and deadly curious.
