I think the label of anxiety (in the same sense as ADHD = stimulants, Anxiety = Benzos) is sort destructive in the way it embeds that a personality trait.

Anxiety is so often environmental, I’m pretty much AuDHD and would be Anxiety in the smae way I am ADHD if I didnt control my environment.

Respectfully+accordingly, i think they (Anxiety vs ADHD) are distinct but I have zero against someone who prefers to have a benzo to operate.
