George didn’t like the original Greedo footage they shot in London so they did reshoots in LA with George’s Assistant playing Greedo. I guess she liked her heels

Or Greedo’s heels
It was simply money all along
Fun fact: Alaska was invaded a little bit by Japan during WW2. On Attu Americans suffered heavy casualties from the weather and basically all of the Japanese force was killed in battle. On Kiska there was a pretty bad skirmish between US and Canadian forces resulting from mistaken identity and a ship hit a stray seamine before they found out the island was abandoned anyway. So a real bad time all around but still not really affecting industrial wellness
I think communities can just take care of each other. Bakers make bread, plumbers lay pipe, gardeners sow plants and those that love each other make sure they’re taken care of. You wouldn’t be able to be an asshole that just takes from the world around you because nobody would have a reason to make sure your water is running. Your time is compensated by a social contract
Capitalism doesn’t free us from any of that, community does. It’s standing on the shoulders of giants and advancing our understanding of the world that saves infants and puts food on tables. Not people who own the tools skimming off the top from the people that do the work
The revolution will not be brought to you by xerox without commercial interruption, the revolution will not go better with coke, the revolution will not fight germs that may cause bad breath, the revolution will put you in the driver’s seat
I guess if he decided to just button up inside you could still just impound it lol
You’d be pressed to find the ammo, if it even still exists for these vehicles. Plus, how would you even take it from him?
Those already exist
This machine…
Yeah banks are pillars of societal structure. Utility companies are our defense against wealth accumulation by the ultra wealthy. Without billionaires, who would defend the marginalized?

It’s not a gospel and yeah it’s sometimes funny. But mainly it’s an elegantly regimented way to explore the world around us
Even ignoring socially constructed gender identities, in the case of biological sexes, this is scientifically wrong. The world doesn’t fit into neat little boxes like these people think it does
Pens can often pick up paper fibers that gum up the works. In the case of ballpoints I can see this being a pretty permanent problem once it builds up enough to stop up the pen
Maybe I’m feeling cornered, vulnerable, angry, as is often the case with these things. But how do you suggest we protect ourselves and our allies from an evil that strengthens itself off of your sickness, your hunger, your homelessness, and has absolutely no qualms about meeting you with violence and coming up with an excuse later?
But we’re not talking specifically about protecting children here, I’d agree with you that less guns are better to those ends. For fighting fascism though? It took a lot of gun deaths to unseat Hitler and Mussolini
Is a steam deck not a console?
