  • Very much so! There’s this other person who uses the same name online and whenever I sign up for a new service there’s a chance he’s been there first and I have to resort to an alternative. In my head we have a friendly feud about this but I’m not sure he’s noticed yet

And just like others mentioned, it’s very much become synonymous with my own identity, friends refer to me with it and at times I identify more with the nick than my actual name

  • Currently playing a second Fallout 4 play through so that will color my view but honestly, all the fallout games.

Not the main story necessarily but all the smaller stories you find absolutely everywhere in those games are magical, piecing together what happens with a family who’s been dead for 200 years through terminals and notes or going through a vault slowly realizing what horrors have taken place keeps me pushing to exploring!

  • Not a single act, but a series of actions. The rovers power down during Martian nights, right? So, during these periods, you could rearrange the rocks nearby. At first, NASA might not even pick up on the changes, but eventually, someone’s bound to notice.

Imagine the buzz it would create! The scientists studying the photographs sent back by the rovers would be left scratching their heads. They’d probably first suspect some unknown natural phenomena, or even the rovers themselves, until the changes became too orchestrated to explain away. It would be a cosmic puzzle, a Martian mystery that would have them combing through data for answers.

No extraordinary or unnatural objects, just ordinary Martian rocks moved around. Instead of presenting them with an object that screams ‘alien intervention,’ you’d be nudging them into a mystery, all with the Martian surface’s naturally occurring elements.

  • I had a similar experience until I stumbled upon the subreddit some time ago. Discovering it was a strange mix of liberation and validation. I finally understood that this concept I’d been attempting to articulate to friends and family, only to be met with questioning looks as if they were asking, “Are you okay?”, was indeed a genuine thing.
