This article seems to say that this AWD is linked to the SA accident of earlier this week, which isn’t linked at all. This article is weirdly written and clearly not made by someone who knows things about planes…

Bonne année aux francos!
Happy new years to all of you! 🥳
That’s sounds like the “Justin-flation” from Pierre Poilievre from the Conservatives in Canada…
America (including Canada) is getting in a dumb conservative hell…
Ubuntu Mate all the way here. Very pleasant and smooth experience. Not the flashiest but the thing works and it works well!
You do you, but I just hate MacOS way of tilling. When I’m tilling windows I’m generally multi-tasking and I need my dock to look at a third window from time to time. Having it in full screen renders this impossible and the animation for switching is sooooooooo slooooooow😅
Me, casually running Mate and enjoying on stable and customizable it is. I’ll let you guys fight while I enjoy my polished experience!
I would love Wayland support tho…
I’m not an American and English isn’t my first language, so the US way to write dates always confused me. Now, I finally understand it! Many thanks, this is legitimately sooooo useful!
Future teacher here, my salary starts at 52$ CAD/hour, which is great! But I’m only paid for the time I’m in class, which is roughly 3h45 per day…
This pay doesn’t include the time to prepare the class, the time to correct, the time to attend mandatory meetings on the lunch break. Finally, we don’t have our vacation payed, so they split our pay to give us a salary during the summer (okay this last point is fair, but it illustrates that hourly salary in education is not representative).
I’m boring Af, I use Ubuntu with Mate DE.
I would love to switch to Opensuse Tumbleweed, but I need Ubuntu because of some interactive board drivers that are only available for ubuntu… 😭
Automatic formatting. Try to have an automatic table of content with and automatic index of tables in draw, it’s not available. When I write a lab report, I don’t want to check every page to make sure the title 3 is still on page 4.
Formatting software are good at manual formatting. Word processors are good at convenience. Once you know your way around, you can be fairly good at formatting with them, and you get the advantages of having some automatic features.
