Twilight was sold in Germany under the dad-joke-level punny title Bis(s) zum Morgengrauen (“Until dawn / Bite at dawn”). They kept it up for the sequels Bis(s) zur Mittagsstunde (noon), Bis(s) zum Abendrot (sunset), Bis(s) zum Ende der Nacht (end of the night)

To be fair, I’m not blind and I’m not entirely sure I “see” things in my dreams. I don’t remember my dreams very often and when I do, it’s more knowing what happened and less images. Then again, I’m pretty sure I’m somewhere on the aphantasia spectrum. But my point is, it’s really hard to tell and thus to study.

Yeah, I don’t think Groß (big) and Lang (long) are any less common than Klein (small) and Kurz (short)

Chinese fast fashion items have many times been tested to exceed thresholds for chemicals forbidden in the EU. I won’t risk my health buying them.
Being only 3 to 4 meters deep would make them more dangerous to the average grown-up, I would say. If you jump or fall in, you are much more likely to get hurt. Also alcohol.

If you have never mixed yoghurt with garlic and tahini, you are severely missing out.
Great, now I want to eat falafel.

I disagree. Emojis are mostly used in communication, so they are used to substitute expressions, inflection etc.
Laugh tracks are not usually played over phone calls.
In my opinion what you are describing is way too fast. If someone did that when dating me, I would run.
But I’m not part of your situation, so my opinion doesn’t matter. What matters is that it works for the two of you. You are fine with it, so that’s covered. So my only advice would be maybe check with him if he is comfortable with it. Or be prepared to deal with the consequences if he isn’t.

I think it’s Sinterklaas and it was English-speaking Americans who changed it into Santa Claus. Probably misunderstanding the origin.
It’s not necessarily as simple as “just observe his behavior”. Sure, if this is someone who dates young women routinely and on purpose, the guy might show obvious red flags. But even if his motives are “innocent”, the dynamics with even much smaller age gaps are usually very unhealthy and unequal, at least in my experience and especially when one partner is not at least in their mid-twenties. Often it’s something they only realise much later.
Funny you should ask. It’s k]pE5:'Tr09d(*Pmf.

As a younger millenial I can’t help it – Gangnam Style was and still is great

Moderators are not here to judge crimes, they are here to help create a healthy community.

I don’t have anything to add to the answers to your question but I would advise to avoid Shein even second hand. Their clothes have been tested to contain dangerous levels of toxins several times. Other fast fashion brands are not more ethical in production but at least they keep the chemicals within the regulations.

What I can think of in German: Rose, Erika, Jasmin, Iris (maybe Viola but that’s not really the commonly used name for the flower)

It’s an easy mistake to make since the Leibniz Kekse were originally copied from LU biscuits, so they look very similar

LU cookies (e.g., Leibnitz in Germany) | Mondelez
I’m pretty sure Leibniz Kekse are made by Bahlsen, which is a German company. Or am I missing something?

There’s Ghost Commander, if you want a foss alternative to Total Commander. I remember the switch as Ghost Commander feeling basically the same but slightly better.
This might be a stupid suggestion, but I have had habits and techniques I just never questioned – if this is a regular problem and not just some few items (some zippers are just shitty, I get that), have you tried changing your technique? Like pulling the end of the zipper down until it’s under a bit of tension with one hand and then pulling the actual zipper thingy away from the flap while closing the zipper with the other hand. That usually works for me.
