Yes and no
Normally used for the CIA but also used for agencies like the ATF, FBI, etc. Their inability to blend in to the native population’s habits, patterns and speech makes them stick out like a sore thumb to the population, hence they “glow in the dark.”

Wow, that is the opposite of my experience. I have only had problems with the power button fingerprint readers. My last three phones have used in-display readers, and that has been so much more reliable for me.
I do still use my Pixel Tablet, which uses a power button fingerprint reader for some reason, and I am constantly fighting with it.
On a US VPN, it shows as $33.99 + $20 shipping for me

Not just that. Cognitive dissonance is when someone realizes that they hold conflicting beliefs. Most people that hold conflicting beliefs have not yet experienced that dissonance.
