38 is still really a decent spot for that. Men and women both have unrealistic expectations set when it comes to body image thanks to fashion and entertainment industries. Get yourself a good routine and you can still look great. None of us are going to have a Chris Evans’ Captain America body without steroids and personal training.

I’ve lived in left leaning areas for decades. Solar is everywhere, from rooftops to open fields. We don’t have a ton of wind, but there’s a lot of offshore farms and quite a few in the hills. Nobody is “taking” land, it’s sold by the landowner.

If right wing areas are blocking renewables it’s far more likely to be done so it props up the fossil fuel/power generation companies and has little or nothing to do with any actual drawbacks of renewables or their installation.

But textbooks are still $1,500 and there are $50k in fees.

Biggest one of mine:

Mandatory, standardized securing of the guns. Basic gun safe strength, ability to mount to studs in walls. Mode of entry doesn’t matter…mechanical cypher, biometric, whatever, so long as the lock isn’t easily defeated.

Same with carrying in a vehicle. Bolt it down.

If people can afford thousands of dollars worth of guns they can certainly afford a decent safe.

The main reason is that it shifts payment of the wait staff to the customer, not the employer. That means the employer has less payroll, payroll tax, etc. and pockets the difference.

It’s a financial motive, not a classist one.

If you’re on a Windows PC oftentimes you can go to the user temp folder and find the working document there. %temp% in file explorer.

You might have to do a little digging to find out what/where it is, sometimes they’re nice and obvious in a folder named for the app creating it, sometimes it’s a string of nonsensical alphanumeric characters.

Also: You can go to the “Tools” followed by “Options” then go to “LibreOffice” and click on “Path”, temp and backup files are stored at the location listed there, too.

Either way, I highly, highly suggest you dig around for the lost doc in that folder. It’s saved my butt a couple times when I forgot to save.

I miss when conspiracy theories were (mostly) harmless. Black helicopters. Secret UFOs at Groom Lake. Bigfoot. Chemtrails.

Now they’re out of hand and damaging, even deadly. Vaccines containing microchips. Ineffective medications are used because it’s a conspiracy to not use them. Deadly viruses are a leftist conspiracy. Q helping sabotage the democratic process. Etc.

See, it’s still a conspiracy if he committed suicide. I don’t see why people are obsessed with him being murdered, or makes no difference in the end because the chain of events leading to either outcome is pretty much the same. IMO the suicide is more lurid because all the things had to happen to give him the time, tools, and someone basically telling him to do it or someone would indeed kill him. The man knew he was fucked, and there’s zero distance between him being told and others just setting it up knowing he was suicidal anyway.

Point being - there absolutely was a conspiracy to give him opportunity, tools, and lack of monitoring so he could kill himself. The pursuit of anything to do with his associations or activities was dropped so fast it approached relativistic speeds as it vanished into the distance.
