There was all good,just the government was always right. So,if person kept low profile,lived his life,didn’t spoke against the president, he could live life working and nit bothering about tomorrow. Roof over head, some food always available. Free med care,education, ect. It was very suitable for normies, lazy people were made work, and the smart ones… eh,those suffered in Russia…

Isn’t strange, that not to be pulled aside for extra checks me, as woman, I have to look bad,not to be interesting for security, opening luggage ect, where males can check. If I come with nice dress and makeup, hair done, I am wwwaaaayyy likeli going to be stopped for extra check. Even if later female officer comes to check if I am bot bringing anything, males will stand and watch me during … so, bunny tail, oversized t-shirt and something sloppy usually doesn’t attract their attention.

That happens in USA. I can’t understand are Americans so ignorant or what, just pack bag and apply for uni in Eu? I have my bachelor paid full price ,4 years and it costed me not even 2000 eur. Now I know that law degree costs 1600eur a year. Med school more or less same. So if smart Americans can take loans for 50/100 k for studies ,why not to get a loan for 10k ,pay 4 years and rest covers living expenses in Eu ? Stop crying and use neurons God gave you,guys.

If I were your parent,I would be sooooo proud of you!!! Really! If my child had been there you were year ago and have done what you did during this time, I would be sooo satisfied I raised a strong human! Speaking about better mood ,energy and motivation ( this is my personal experience), when I was really down and hardly could get out of the bed, someone told me about supplements. I had to do a bit of research and find out about ashwaganda ( there are many types, tried couple and was not effective, but with high dose of it and black pepper worked wonderfully). I had very stressful period and my nerve system was triggered by small things, so I used certain type of magnesium and omega 3. This combination helped me really a lot. Not suggesting to take them, just inviting to do a bit od digging. Not always blood tests showing lack of minerals ect. And congratulations on biography!!! That is awesome that you did it!!!
