The chances of having a miscarriage is 1 in 4 pregnancies.

Multiply those statistics for every girl and women in your family.

Add in the fact that red states have disproportionately more sexual violence than blue states.

Are those odds you are willing to take?

No one is say moving well be easy. But you can start saving, planning, and applying for positions in safer areas. (politically, economically, and socially.) You don’t have to just move your core family. Everyone that cares about women’s rights can move too. If migrant women with no job, no prospects, no money, and no path to citizenship to receive services can do it, so can you.

Universal Health care UBI Banning of all none essential fossil fuel Free public education at all levels Covering every Americans essential needs so they can focus on saving the earth.

But no we’re the ones being unreasonable.

Are you willing to risk your mother’s, sisters, and daughters bodily autonomy on a under performing political party?

I’m not saying leaving will be easy. And I’m not saying it paradise and blue States. But I am saying red states don’t deserve you. Start making a plan at least because they won’t stop.

It is Naive, to not take on other struggles as your own because those that wish to do harm are on your side.

It is Naive to, forget the lessons from the past.

It is Naive to, think those worse off don’t hold limitless potential.

It is Naive to, not argue for the most kind and empathetic position as possible.

Because the compromise will be less kind and empathetic than the compromises that came before.

Lol you’ve drank too much of the coolaid. The ACA was better than what we had before but still not even close to fixing our disastrous Healthcare System. Middle class people still can’t afford preventive care and the line between the poors and the middle class just gets smaller every day with the shrinking of the middle class. There is no marginal growth/change when we know the answer to this problem. Anything short of universal health care coverage cost none wealthy people their lives.

You are confusing every day no political or financial power democrats with the democrats leadership… Democratic leadership gave up on their base 80 years ago. Can you name one major accomplishment the democrats have done at the federal level? The ACA? Maybe? But that was just a bandaid on a bullet wound.

Obama, sadly was a failure. Better than any other president since FDR and Carter, but that’s not saying much. America wanted change and all we got was the ACA from him and a few less terrible trade deals. Obama deported more people than Trump and never fixed the decline in the middle class. I turned 18 when Obama first ran and was so excited for all the “change” and nothing improved sustainably for the average American. He could have solidified himself as the best ever but road the middle too often and now the party is officially dead.

Only if the father was also white and blond. If the baby was “mixed” out could eventually claim to be Indian or Black…

Because Texas is literally threatening their lives for giving the right diagnosis. Its a lose lose situation for everyone involved. So hospitals, doctors and nurses are taking the lessor evil by letting individual woman die. The alternative is death penalty and the hospital being heavily fined or closed. The Texas AG publicly said he would go after anyone in Texas that provides an abortion.

It was the politicians in Texas that harmed this woman. Not the hospital. The Texas AG sent letters to every hospital in Texas saying he would press criminal charges to anyone granting an emergency abortion. As hard as it is for poor and middle class workers, there’s no way any nurse doctor or hospital is going to put themselves in front of the Texas government. If they could they would have left the state already. (many have.) Small towns in forced birth States literally have no pregnancy care facilities because the staff has all left.

It’s almost as if churches are the most dangerous place for children. And since they want Bible’s and the ten commandments in schools, I want the whole Encyclopedia Britannica and a poster for child abuse hotline in every church.
