I’m by no means an apple fan boy (I only have an air) but the apple m processors are getting faster every gen. My m1 air is fast, has a nice design, great battery life, nice screen, etc. idk what else I would want in a laptop. Obviously not a cheap but it should last me a lot longer than whatever pc I would have gotten for half the price.
I don’t follow the laptop industry closely though so maybe I’m being ripped off without realizing it?

The stats I’ve seen show that Gaza was actually a significant issue in some swing states and absolutely could have improved Harris’ chance at victory.

Many Americans have family members who are being killed in Gaza. Not to mention the risk of American troops being deployed increases as Israel becomes more and more belligerent.
Many Americans are also horrified at the fact that their tax dollars are being used to commit a genocide.

I agree with you except for the blaming Trump voters part. I’m not going to pretend I think anyone who voted for Trump was informed or made a good decision, but I have some understanding of how they got to that decision.
Libs blaming voters are almost certainly: young, college educated, and privileged. I too am all those things, but I’ve tried to expose myself to the experiences of people who are much different than me. In doing so I’ve learned how their learned experiences inform their politics, and how someone like Harris (and the democratic party in general) did absolutely nothing to appeal to them.
Trump acknowledged their suffering and gave them a scapegoat to blame. Harris did not counter that narrative, she did not acknowledge their suffering, and she did not offer them anything that might improve their lives. All she had to offer was the idea that Trump was a fascist. She was right obviously, but Trump being a fascist is an abstract concept to understand, “immigrants are making your life worse” is very easy to digest.

No I’m not an expert but I followed this election cycle quite closely and I listened to experienced commentators and weighed their opinions on the matter.
The average american is worse off than they have been in a long time and Harris did not adequately address that. She campaigned on securing the border and continuing to support a genocide. She didn’t promise to take on corporate greed, or to tax billionaires, or to make sure all americans have access to healthcare. She didn’t give voters anything to get excited about. Her campaign was laser focused on telling voters that Trump is bad and that they should vote for her.
Many people, myself included, think that was a terrible strategy. The election results seem evidence enough for me but apparently some people think election results are not a good indicator of whether or not someone ran a good campaign.
For lots of these people it can’t get any worse. Gaza is being absolutely devastated, what do they have to lose? I’m not trying to argue that not voting democrat is a good idea, but I don’t think you are engaging with the situation these people are dealing with. It’s easy to argue from the sidelines that Trump is worse for Palestine, but I can’t imagine having to actually vote for an administration that is actively committing genocide on my home land.
Democrats got absolutely fucking destroyed in the election. I beg you to reflect on the strategies used by democrats and liberals. Have some compassion and try to understand the motivations of voters instead of blaming them for the failures of the democratic party.
