Correct me if I am wrong but maybe they meant when Publisher/Devs list hardware requirement for their games and includes DLSS in the calculations. IIRC AssCreed Shadows and MH Wilds had that.

If a game gets delisted from the store you can still download it if you have bought it. On GOG’s discord they have a channel to warn when a game gets delisted.
So no follow-up questions? “What content are you gonna make? How are you gonna promote it? Any backup plans?”
