A track record of beating trump?
Something about the statistical validity of a sample size of one.
Do acid, it’s cheap as fuck, lasts 12 hours, is generally a great time, and will allow introspection about your life
Nah this is perfect

I’ve been saying for years that the market exists for an R-rated movie about Vader hunting Jedi, but Disney doesn’t have the balls for it.
Whenever I see people bemoaning the system, (which I agree is fucked, overall) I always wonder if they’ve bothered to write/call/harass legislators? Because it’s sometimes surprising how much an angry person can accomplish when they decide to be a problem.
I set up targeted harassment of state legislators on reddit and twitter and managed to get weed legalized after it died in committee in the preceding five years.
Any tips for eliminating the stutter, or increasing the smoothness of the emulation? I’ve got an i7-12700k, 4090, and 64GB of ram and it seems to struggle a bit.
As far as the legal and historical precedent goes - we fought a war over it.

The thought of having literally every tool conceivable immediately available without having to move is fantastic.
I’m in love with the concept of laying under my car, while also being able to get any particular tool in my hand, without ever having to get up, or having a little pile of sockets, wrenches, and bolts next to me that I have to navigate by feel.
My wife has an iPad and one of the things I hate the most is that you can’t install adblock extensions into Firefox on it like you can on Android. Which is a thing that has made using the browser on the phone wayyyy more enjoyable.
Saw a video from Denmark I think where everyone is biking everywhere and the metro station has an enormous numbered rack for depositing bicycles for storage. The entire thing is spotless, well maintained, and has zero graffiti.
All I could think is that in the US the fabric of our society and the integrity of the social contract is so degraded that even if we somehow had the political capital to build it - it would be destroyed by individual anti-social behaviors. And we’d certainly never have the wherewithal to maintain or repair it.
For printers, I’d like to suggest picking up a brother laser scanner/copier/printer off Craigslist.
They can usually be had for ~$100 if you just get black and they’ll last for a stupidly long time. Toner is expensive but you’ll easily get 1500+ pages out of one cartridge and it never dries out.
If you want color, look around for an HP laserjet pro. They’re usually commercial grade and while you’ll probably pay a fair bit more, I see them on Craigslist regularly for ~$150-250 depending on the model. I have one in my office and I’ve gotten several thousand pages through it with zero problems.
Prior to collapsing, Rome achieved a sustained population in excess of a million people.
This did not occur again anywhere else until the mid 1800s.
They cancel shows that aren’t binge watched in the first eight weeks because of payment agreements made with the production companies. They have to pay royalties for all views that occur outside of that defined period. Which is still profitable, it’s just less so.
But they’re not interested in making good, watchable content. They’re only interested in profit, and producing a show which is watched immediately is what maximizes that profit.
It’s an incredibly hard read. It’s legitimately a graduate school philosophy class reading level. I would love to take that theoretical class and read along/discuss with a group but it’s hard to go through alone.
I tried to replay GoldenEye on switch and just couldn’t. The control scheme is just too dated and I can’t get past it.
Slowly making progress in Dave the Diver, which is quite entertaining. Also working on Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader.
Also collaboratively playing The Sims 4 with my wife, and I’d forgotten how fun that could be.
Some asshole had the idea to water a seed and now I have to pay taxes. Fuck that guy.
