I’m on IP torrents. It’s 2 weeks or 1:1 health. And you get points just for seeding. I have my client auto delete after 3 weeks. And I can just zap stuff I don’t want with points. 100% true. But I’m fine doing some things that are slightly unhealthy to my body for fun. For example, I go to a brewery/bar almost every day (since I’m in a walkable neighborhood), and I’ve been meeting my neighbors and socializing a ton. We’ve started a vinyl collection because we have vinyl nights at breweries. One “healthy” thing about alcohol is that it loosens your inhibitions and allows you to socialize better for many people. It’s also sometimes bad if you’re an angry buzzed person.
I’ve met many of my amazing friends in bars or while drinking. It didn’t negate the damage it’s doing to my body, but it makes me happy and social.

Believe it or not, having a Tesla (bought in 2018) completely fixed this for me. I don’t get NEARLY as mad when someone is driving faster or in the left lane slowly. My car keeps distance and speed really well. It’s not aggravating to keep stepping on the breaks anymore. Any adaptive cruise will do this just fine.
