Yeah when I stop drinking mate for a day or two I get slight headaches. The more caffeine you take daily the harder it is to quit it cold turkey

Long story short: even if you’re a regular Caffeine user, taking a day or two break, and timing your caffeine intake to an hour or 90 minutes prior to performing gets the best results. I do it with Mate and my performance in sports goed through the roof
